The Daniel Plan is a Faith-Based plan designed to create a healthy lifestyle based on Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus, and Friends.  This group, designed for Women, starts March 4 and will meet on Every Other Wednesday from 6:00-7:00pm in the Lakehills Library.  To sign up, please email Johanne Christmas at [email protected].
