STAFF & VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
KIDS KONNECTION LEAD
Leads Kids Konnection on assigned Sunday mornings, reporting to the Director
Early Childhood. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) worship, teaching, supervising other volunteers, interacting
with children and parents.
- Arrive 15 minutes early on assigned Sundays.
- Pray for the class before you arrive.
- Be prepared to share the love of God.
- Assist
with supervision throughout the morning service.
- Review and
be prepared to teach the lesson and help lead worship and prayer.
- Supervise
children until parents arrive.
- Assist with clean-up.

INITIATIVE AND JUDGEMENT
Must be spiritually centered, flexible, and enthusiastic for children. Must be able
to communicate well with others. Must be able to work with others of all ages. Must utilize sound judgement and ethical
principles.
MINIMUM SKILLS
Must have attended Lakehills
Church for at least six months. Must be 18-years-old, have previous experience with small children, and be willing to
take on teaching/supervising responsibilities. Must have good interpersonal communication and people management skills and the
ability to adapt to changing situations. Background check and fingerprinting required.
