Monica joined the Lakehills staff in the Summer of 2006, and has been a member of
Lakehills Covenant Church since 2002.
Her vision as Director of Women's Ministries
is to pursue the goal of equipping the saints, as Paul directed us in Ephesian 4: 12 & 13. She desires to help others
to grow in their walk, while awakening their desire to encourage others to do the same. She is passionate about leading
the women of Lakehills to see their purpose in shaping lives for the Kingdom through "Lifestyle Evangelism."
Prior to joining Lakehills'
Staff, Monica worked in the financial industry for 15 years. She's been a stay-at-home mom, has enjoyed being part of
worship and praise teams, and has served as a Singles Ministry Intern at Marin Covenant Church in San Rafael, CA. She
also served at Petaluma Valley Baptist Church as the Small Group Coordinator for the MOPS program.
